Built for plants that ask hard questions
The AI is read-only by design. At no point in the architecture does it have a write path to any SCADA control point — no exceptions, no advanced mode, no configuration flag that enables it.
Credentials stay server-side
The upstream AI key lives only in our gateway, encrypted at rest. It is never in your project files, your config, or your browser.
Metadata-only logging
We never store prompt or response content. Only model, token counts, cost, latency and result code.
Instant revocation
Per key, per trial, or globally. Abuse detected on a Friday is stopped that same Friday.
Transparent limits, no surprises
Every trial ships with hard server-side spending caps in USD — so a runaway script can never generate a surprise invoice, for you or for us.

After the trial, nothing breaks
When the trial ends, your product keeps working. Bring your own OpenRouter key (BYOK) from day one or after expiry — encrypted, never displayed again, used only for your installation. Or talk to us about credit packs.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter account?
No. During the trial, the Marketplace gateway handles the AI provider relationship. You only interact with your own product.
Where does my plant data end up?
Requests go from your product to our gateway, and from there to the AI models via OpenRouter. We never store prompt or response content — only usage metadata. Full details in the data handling sheet.
Can the AI act on my SCADA?
No. The architecture is read-only, with no write path to control points anywhere in the chain. It analyzes; it never actuates.
What happens when the budget runs out?
AI requests pause with a clear message — your product keeps working normally. The daily cap resets at UTC midnight; when the total budget or the 30 days run out, you can configure your own key or contact us.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, at any time. Save your OpenRouter key in your dashboard: it is encrypted, never displayed again, and your usage stops drawing from the trial budget.
